Lora Compas is the Broker-in-Charge and owner of Compas Realty, LLC. She has lived in Columbia, South Carolina her entire life. Real Estate is second nature to her, as her family has been in the business for decades. Lora has been a South Carolina licensed Residential Appraiser since 2001 and Realtor since 2006. Lora graduated from the University of South Carolina with the following degrees: BS, M.A.T. and M.Ed. She was a teacher in the area for 5 years before she decided to start her own company.

Compas Realty, LLC focuses on helping people buying and selling property in Richland, Kershaw and Lexington Counties of South Carolina.

Cathe C. Epps is a Columbia College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Accounting. Cathe worked as an accountant for 11 years before changing her career to become a Realtor and she has never looked back. During her career as a Realtor, she has served on the Kershaw County Board of Realtors in multiple levels including Board President. Cathe has worked diligently to help people find their dream homes in Kershaw, Lee, Sumter, Fairfield and Richland counties. She has done this through listening to her clients needs and wishes to help them in purchasing their home along with establishing great marketing strategies for selling their homes.
